SA Technologies Inc. is hiring for Deputy Project Manager in Silvassa, Daman & Nagar Haveli.

Listing all activities as per project scope/BOQ.
  • Preparation and submission of baseline schedule using project management tool to client.
  • Updating progress periodically & monitoring progress highlighting variances for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate for arranging required materials & resources on time.
  • Synchronize the activities of all departments to achieve the planned cycle timeline.
  • Arranging required information, periodical reports to Customers regarding project control & monitoring progress as per contract.
  • Preparing actual schedule of resources required based on achieved progress.
  • Reconciliation of resources.
  • Interfacing with client, subcontractors, and vendors to meet all contractual requirements.
  • Monitoring of various subcontracted works to ensure its interface and timely completion as per program.
  • Coordination with manufacturer & supplier for testing of materials or equipment’s.
  • Coordination with design team for engineering activities
  • BTech Degree is must. MBA and PMP/Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum experience 5 years in project execution and planning.
  • Good knowledge of engineering/design scope, job working instruction / procedures, good
  • Project control practices in planning and scheduling and overall awareness of projects in the
  • field of ICT industry.
  • Must have advanced MS Projects knowledge. Certification will be added Advantage
  • Ability to work independently and minimal supervision assistance is required.
  • Strong team work attitude and ability to motivate the team members, significant communication skills, problem solving attitude, fast and multi-task execution capabilities, strong analytical mind set and imaginative problem solving ability
