Are you passionate about social media and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing? We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our social media efforts, developing engaging content, and interacting with our online community.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Social Media Management:Monitor and manage our social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Social Media Calendar:Help in developing and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic posting across all platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on social media engagement and growth.

Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, industry news, and emerging platforms, making recommendations to enhance our social media strategy.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team:Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

Location: Candidates must be in Thane to be eligible for this internship.

Passion for Social Media:A strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing is essential.

Creativity:Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for content creation.

Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with the online community effectively.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all social media activities.

Time Management:Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stipend:The Social Media Intern will receive a monthly stipend in the range of 7k, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Performance-Based PPO: For outstanding performance during the internship period, there is an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to be extended to the candidate after 3 months. The PPO will be based on the intern’s contributions, dedication, and alignment with the organization’s values.
