We are hiring a Director of Business Development & Marketing to join our International sales team at Cloudester Software.
Job Location: Vadodara from office.
Shift Time: 12 Noon to 9PM.
Job Roles:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify IT industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning within the USA and target international regions.
Responsible for acquiring new business through inbound & outbound leads for IT Software Development Services within the USA region.
Create and execute sales and marketing strategy with the team by allocating tasks and guiding them to execute the strategy in optimal way, modify strategy so as to generate sales and create a system to measure ROI from various campaigns.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solution capabilities.
Research and develop a database of potential leads through online resources, cold-calling, and networking and introduce them to the company’s services.
Achieving sales targets in the international market through acquisition of new clients and growing business for services viz Software Development Services, Custom or Enterprise Software Development, Mobile Apps etc.
Build rapport with potential leads and establish trust in order to encourage them to do business with the company.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and conversion rates.
Prepare and execute email, video and marketing campaigns;
Keep track of all interactions with potential leads in the company’s customer relationship management system
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are followed up on in a timely manner
Attend trade shows and other virtual events on behalf of the company in order to generate new leads
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in order to generate repeat business.
Develop comprehensive international business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, and growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Must have working experience in International market, lead generation, sales and Business Development activities.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be from the IT Services Industry handling international region
Experience with CRM software
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office,
Experience with cold-calling
LinkedIn Customer Engagement.
