Roles and Responsibilities

  • Expert knowledge of assessing credit risk for Secured Loan by applying Deposit of Title Documents and Registration of Mortgage guidelines.
  • Conduct income appraisal of salaried and self-employed borrowers. In depth understanding and analysis of P & L Account and Balance Sheet including cash flows of self-employed borrowers.
  • Assess income to obligation ratios, loan to value ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance over long tenures.
  • Provide Market intelligence from a competition and customer stand point
  • Recommendations on new processes & fraud Control initiative etc.
  • Manage Credit Officers team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Preferred experience of 5 years or more in Credit LAP/Mortgage Loans/MSME Loans Loan products.
  • Expert knowledge of customer segments in various markets of India and their
    performance histories.
  • Complete understanding of various collateral types of all regions and cities in India and
    their title documentation requirements for creation of equitable mortgage.
  • Knowledge of property valuation process through vendors and knowledge & keen
    interest in monitoring current property price / historical property prices.
  • Guide/Monitor Credit Officers of the Branch/ Hub.
  • Ensure timely training to branches Assigned.
  • Suggest Policy revisions in line with changing market conditions.
