Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager Amazon portal ,located in Raipur. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce platforms, website updates and maintenance, and coordination with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics. The Ecommerce Manager will also be responsible for optimizing the customer experience, creating and managing the online sales strategy, and driving eCommerce initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze website and customer data and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics
  • Sales: Experience in sales and marketing, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions to drive online sales growth
  • E-Commerce: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technology, and trends, including best practices for online sales optimization, fulfillment, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management
