Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Ludhiana. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the online sales channel, optimizing the customer experience, providing customer service, and increasing sales. The Specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, tracking sales metrics, and ensuring the best practices in e-commerce are followed.

  • Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop insights
  • Experience in managing e-commerce sites and online sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working with Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
