Job Description

    Immediate hiring for Sr. IT Recruiter, Noida Sec 16

    Note:- We are working from the office.

    Candidate should have minimum 3 years experience in IT Recruitment.


    Responsibilities

    • Sourcing screening the CVs from Portal.
    • Should have atleast 3 years working experience in IT Recruitment field.
    • Working for 5 days only (Mon-Fri).
    • Should have attractive personality with good communication skills.
    • Conduct Telephonic Interview.
    • Coordinate with the candidates at the time of interview.
    • Responsible for end to end recruitment services.
    • Sourcing, screening, validating candidates as per client specification.
    • Deliver the revenue goals as planned for the business unit.
    • Front end our engagement with clients and play an active role in growth of accounts.
    • Line up the candidates for the personal interviews, preparing maintaining the database.
    • Follow-up with the client as well as candidates till their joining.
    • Work within the quality parameters defined.
    • If having any references than share the JD to the particular candidate.
