Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jhansi for an Injection Molding Operator. The successful candidate will set up and operate the injection molding machines to produce medical devices to meet the exacting standards of the medical industry. They will also monitor the production process and ensure the machines are running smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments to the machines as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of operating injection molding machines that includes troubleshooting, mold changing, and machine setup.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and operating manuals is mandatory.
  • Experience in the use of measuring and other related hand tools.
  • Ability to handle resin and hazardous materials observing safety precautions is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in the medical device industry or manufacturing fields is an advantage.
