About The Job

The CPO team invites application for “Operations” to support procure to pay operations. Individual will have an opportunity to work with a charter to simplify the operations process, enhance user/supplier experience, leverage technology, embrace digital, and partner for innovation to add value to our business. The incumbent should have proven experience in Operations role.

This role also acts as a support specialist for the business and employees for any source to pay processes and tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

10+ yrs in the Procurement Operations Management. A leader who is innovative, result oriented with a solution mindset, Strong Analytics Partner and a domain specialist with a proficient understanding of the procure to pay process.

  • Experience in managing group of 7-10 colleagues in a Global environment.
  • The desired candidate would be responsible for leading Procurement Operations including PR/PO process, Contract Management process, Change management, periodic reporting, Analytics & dashboards supporting multiple geographies & time zones.
  • Strong inclination to deep dive into systems & processes to understand various Processes within procurement to lead Process transformation initiatives(via automations and streamlining of processes) improving user/Vendor experience.
  • Should have proficient understanding of Source to Pay cycle to liaise with Vendors, AP team, Business Users, Global stakeholders and Finance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
  • Bachelor degree/ Masters or MBA in Supply Chain/ Procurement will be preferred.
  • Significant experience of procurement/sourcing and contracting for Hardware, Software, Services, Cloud and SAAS Services in Americas.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, at same and higher level of organization.
  • Experience or good understanding of electronic procurement/ sourcing tools (Ariba).
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience using Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint to support analytical techniques and presentation of data.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organizational skills with capability to manage an increasing book of work over time and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and types of work.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written, incl. contracting).
