GIVA - Product Marketing Manager

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic brand. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer facing products and ensuring their optimal performance in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance product awareness, drive customer acquisition, improve conversions and maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Positioning:Develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and business objectives. Define and articulate unique selling propositions, product positioning, and target customer segments.

Product Launch Management:Lead and execute successful product launches, from planning to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless and impactful launches.

Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance, app traffic (DAU/MAU), and sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall conversion rates.

Product Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies for product upselling, cross-selling, and lifecycle management to maximize customer lifetime value.

User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to enhance the customer experience on the website, ensuring a smooth and seamless journey from product discovery to checkout.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:Stay updated on ecommerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the brand’s product marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree is a plus.

● Proven experience (X years) in product marketing, preferably in the D2C ecommerce industry or related field.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

● In-depth knowledge of ecommerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

● Proficient in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and ecommerce platforms.

● Results-oriented, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
