We are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and manage key projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
