As the FP&A Analyst for OLX, you will join a highly committed and dynamic international organization. You’ll be focused on broad range of management reporting and analyses for our Corporate and Global functions. You’ll support periodic forecasting and annual budgeting exercise and streamline the monthly reporting process. This role requires a high attention to detail, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and a passion for driving results and providing insights.

In your role, you’ll closely collaborate with key Corporate, Global and Business functions within OLX to create and support management reporting and forecasting.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

Monthly management reviews:
Timely and accurate month end consolidation and reporting for Corporate and Global functions
Interact & work closely with regional and global FP&A teams on queries and analysis
Develop management dashboards & prepare periodic presentations to C-level and MT
Define, analyze and report on key KPIs for the Global and Corporate functions
Monitor and ensure correct allocation and reporting of Corporate and Global spend
Drive automations, both excel and systems

Corporate financial data ownership, dashboarding & reporting on KPIs:

Be the key SPOC for financial & KPI data for Corporate and Global functions for different stakeholders, C-level and MT
Define and drive cost center accounting and allocation models for Corporate
Track project and initiatives budgets and spend
Support global FP&A team to drive standardization and reporting of KPIs

Budgeting exercise for Corporate and Group:
Support Corporate Controller in budgeting and forecasting exercise
Consolidation & analysis of Corporate and Group costs and initiatives
Zero based budgeting for new projects and initiatives
Analysis of budget submissions, to help drive budget outcomes and targets
Presentation of budget to C-level and MT
Driving timelines, systems uploads, data integrity for Corporate as a whole

Inhouse finance systems expert

Own financial planning & reporting tools for Corporate (Anaplan & OneStream)
You will be expected to learn these systems and gain a full working knowledge of these tools
You will fully own the Corporate and Global functions financial data sets in systems, reporting and maintenance of KPI dashboarding
You will also work with FP&A teams to drive changes in the planning tool
Own ERP (Netsuite and SAP) management reporting hierarchy and mapping

The profile

We are looking for a true professional with experience in an international and fast pace environment. This person should be dedicated to delivering accurate and timely management reporting and analysis while utilizing an in-depth knowledge and driving scalability and compliance. The right candidate will have a proven strong record of process improvement and automation.

Experience and Education

A Master’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting or equivalent
Min 4 years of experience in FP&A or similar role
Experience in developing business and consolidation models
Good knowledge of MS EXCEL, SAP, Anaplan and OneStream
Strong communicator, proactive and problem-solving mindset, team player
Very good English
