Senior Manager – Retention, H&B

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients allocated.
Create plans to address clients’ employee benefit solution
Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. FInex, P&C etc.) to address client’s needs
To ensure WTW brand values are communicated to market in the right essence

The Requirements

MBA/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
7+ years experience in health and benefits servicing, claims management
Demonstrated experience within b2b environment with proven track record of servicing client within agreed timelines
Good verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.
Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose comprehensive solutions for clients
