Uplers is Looking for:

SM Content Creation, Strategy, Analysis:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram handles aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage content calendar, creatives design, write engaging copies and captions, publish and track overall social media performance for all SM handles.
  • Conduct regular research on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with our paid specialist to ideate new monthly and quarterly creative campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement and followers on all social media platforms.
  • Performance metrics and adjust campaign strategies for optimal results.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for all social media initiatives, including Influencer marketing, Meme marketing, and all new SM initiatives.
  • Ensure agencies adhere to brand guidelines and meet performance expectations.
Social Listening & Response Management:

  • Manage response management for the brand to solve online users queries through social media via social media listening tools.
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment using social media listening tools, addressing any issues promptly and professionally, and reporting to all senior stakeholders.
  • Engage with our online community on Discord, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
This Role Requires:

  • We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist for an individual contributor role in the brand marketing team at Uplers. The professional must come with:
  • An in-depth knowledge of managing all social media platforms- LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
  • A proven track record of managing online response management, social listening, and online community management.
  • Understands SM tools & SM analytics, Social Listening tools like Locobuzz, brandwatch, and other online communities and groups for brand engagement.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and creative campaigns execution.
  • Excellent written communication skills to come up with engaging and viral content for all social media handles.
