What you will be doing

• Working closely with the stakeholders to deliver quality product
• Design, implement, develop, and execute automated tests (UI, API, integration) and report results.
• Participate as a team member in the agile (Scrum) process
• Organizes and maintains the Automation framework and scripts
• Discuss with internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Regression

What you bring:

Knowledge / Experience

• Experience in in testing life insurance product dealing with Policy administration system.
• ISTQB certified and hands on with PowerBuilder based applications
• Organizes and maintains the test automation scripts
• Participate as a team member in the agile (Scrum) process
• Design, implement, develop, and execute automated tests (UI, API, integration) and report results.
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality
• Experience of delivering high quality application interfaces
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
• Experience in working in a distributed global environment
• Good expertise in functional testing
• Ability to deliver results under pressure
• Self-motivated and self-learning attitude.
• Quick Adaptation to new tools and techniques.
• Effectively communicate with clients and those outside of their role, especially when it comes to discussing issues with development. Having the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people

Essential Skills:

• Relevant Exp in Testing and Automation should be more than 10+ Years.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Automation Framework and Scripts.
• Experience with Test Complete or SAFAL.
• Should have very good knowledge on Testing Concepts and Process.
• Knowledge of SQL is a must.
• Knowledge on API testing tool – Postman is an added advantage
• Good in Web API Testing.
• Good Knowledge of SDLC, REST Services
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban process added advantage
• Jenkins experience is an added advantage
