What You’ll Do

  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, Head-hunter or similar role
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle Volume hires and various open positions simultaneously
  • Good experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
  • Achieve 100% of assigned associate recruiting targets. And recruit high quality candidates in order to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals associated with each client hiring goal.

  • Act as a talent ambassador for Nisum within the local community. Recruiters reach out to influential people in associations, civic groups, community partners to develop strong relationships, establish Nisum as an employer of choice, and identify potential sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a positive experience for every candidate need maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates
  • Develop a tight schedule for processing candidates he/she is responsible for high-volume hiring needs often requiring screening, interviewing, and processing of candidates each week. This requires tremendous focus, organization, and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in HR or related Studies
