Essential Qualifications:

  • Any graduate with adequate experience in event management.
  • An individual with original thinking and an ability to visualize, plan, execute different genre of events and contests for school children.
  • Good administrative skills to drive multiple events simultaneously in the region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organization skills.
  • Highly motivated, multi-tasker with drive for results and focus on strategy execution.
  • A positive and outgoing attitude with public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualize, plan and execute talent competitions that are innovative and engaging for school children.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute promotional activities around the event to maximize the participation in the events.
  • Be creative and conceptualize innovative event concepts and competitions for deeper engagement of audience.
  • Achieve maximum reach and engagement within the target group in the region.
  • Be consistent on execution excellence and deliver a positive event experience for the participants.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders for required support to organize events seamlessly on an ongoing basis.
  • Track and maintain event database for reporting and analysis.
