Executive Assistant Experience - more than 3 years
HR Recruitment Experience (in years): More than 3 years
Objective: This position is responsible for managing one too many projects and tasks in varying leadership executive office and HR areas. In addition, provide Organizational Change Management support and guidance across HR in project support and other initiatives. The position requires critical thinking skills, creative problem-solving skills, good networking & relationship-building skills with strong communication skills specifically seeking an environment where they will impact the direction of the organization, and be a key contributor to the overall success of the HR function and leadership office of the senior leadership team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
- Provide Support to Leadership team on scheduling and calendar of activities
- MS OFFICE & Outlook skills
- One Drive, google Drive and Data organisation capabilities
Human Resources
Provides support and guidance to HR generalists when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
Support & Collaborate with HRBP on the talent acquisition process which may include creating a sourcing strategy, work on creating employer branding and recruitment strategy.
Support and provide insights on compensation and benefits and Total rewards to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Project Management
