Job Description

    • Achieving Sales at 95% to 105% as per the daily budget (Right Time Sales)
    • Improving the branch price realization, mean age reduction & LE improvement leading to profit of the branch.
    • Responsible for 100% collection from the customers for the sales proceeds as per the policy.
    • Collecting the old dues pending from the parties also his priority.
    • Providing all valid informations towards any issues / claims from the customers in the stipulated time frame.
    • Getting the confirmation of balance on monthly / quarterly basis by working with Branch accountant.
    • Ensuring the Club customer business intact and grow YOY by maintaining good relationship.
    • Market Share % and Growth plan to be reported through Branch Manager.
    • Do update the customer grievance at the time of lifting / delivery to the branch manager and take appropriate resolution.
    • Farm planning, farm and WS allocation, validation of body weight declared by ETS.
    • Minimizing the weak percentage by appropriate lifting.
    • Responsible for the servicing of the new codes created by the BDE.
    • To carry out sales initiatives given by the cluster / RSH.
