Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
  • Duties and Responsibilities -
  • Responsible for Partner Onboarding due diligence and document QC
  • Ensure delivery of the assigned task within SLA and help other team member also meet the same
  • Will be working for creation and maintenance of Partner in various system
  • Will have to publish various MIS to different stakeholder
  • Will have to interact with internal stake holder and revert to the queries of Field team
  • Identify the opportunities of improvement and automation in process
  • Should have to work on documentation for onboarded partners and coordinate with external vendor for the same
  • Identify the IT related issue and raise to the stake holders on time
  • Efficient & timely communication to stakeholders on the changes related to New product/charges/process
Required Qualifications And Experience
  • Graduate/Post Graduate Degree
  • A minimum of about 1.5 years’ experience in same field and overall 3-5 years of experience
  • Technology orientation and able to generate new ideas independently
  • Proficiency in Excel/ Word/ Power Point
  • Tracking and end to end closure of actionables
  • Good team player with a bent of mind for technology and Problem Solving
