Job Description:
Roles and Duties • Control over property management operations• Manage daily operations with effectiveness and efficiency, carry out initiatives in collaboration with regional management and functional leads in property and critical facilities management, and deliver best-in-class services:Daily property management Preventive maintenance (including equipment monitoring by the Land Lord)• Operational enduranceSeat management is currently only applicable to front office business entities. Vendor management, operations control, and asset management. Effective management of key property and critical engineering policies and key performance indicators. Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance. Manage timely and accurate property management reporting and analytics to generate operational and commercial revenue.• Facility Management Project Management, Governance,• A systematic, well-thought-out transition to global real estate, followed by operations of kitchen equipment and services for fire and life safety that are in line with regional programmes.• Implementing best practises for property management in consultation with regional leads for property management and critical facilities• Ensure that the appropriate operational controls are in place in accordance with the global control and risk platforms and policies.• Working in concert with the local heads of the partners in Global Technology and Infrastructure, Global Security, Transportation, Document Business Services, and Amenity Services to provide users with a comprehensive service, including mobilisation for new, long-term facilities.• Technology-based employee feedback system that is monitored and governed• Client Management• Establish and maintain solid client connections in order to assume the role of a trusted advisor who assists in the management of the chief administrative officer’s office and the line of business.• Represent global real estate, firm-wide initiatives for diversity and inclusion, operational sustainability, dashboard digitization, etc.• Provide ground support to the regional transaction team in managing the Request for Proposal process, legal work, vendor management, etc.• Work closely with Landlord on day-to-day operational and leasing issues.• Ensure proper recording of all Land Lord and lease related documentations in coordination with regional lease administration team.• Manage the Request for Proposal process, legal work, vendor management, etc. on the ground for the local Design & Construction team.• In close collaboration with the finance team, the functional leads, and regional management, develop the cluster budget.• Control spending so that it stays within the budget.Qualifications• At least 15 years of senior management experience• Multinational business experience• A solid real estate background;• Effective leadership, communication, programming, and teamwork skills;• Experience managing people and teams;• A solid grasp of expense management and real estate financial modelling.• A university degree, preferably with a focus on facilities management, engineering, etc.• Design and Construction• Work with the local Design & Construction team to manage the completion of all construction projects by collaborating with vendors
