Job content

  • Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
  • Testing of raw materials, in process, intermediates, finished products and Stability Samples by GC & HPLC accurately without any deviations and delays.
  • Calibration of GC’s & HPLC’s, Analytical balances, pH meter as per the calibration schedules without delays.
  • Planning of GC & HPLC analysis to release the results right time as per the requirement.
  • Reviewing of the analytical data and releasing the results right time to meet the dispatch requirements as per the planned scheduled.
  • Coordinating within the department in clearing the analytical results as per the production plans.
  • Coordinating with Quality Assurance department in releasing the products.
  • Daily planning of GC & HPLC analysis as per the dispatch & production priority
  • Trouble shooting of GC & HPLC instruments to avoid break downs.
  • Testing of GC & HPLC analysis without any deviations following the procedures.
  • Fill up the protocols on line and maintain raw data.
  • All records and documents should be maintain as per SOP.
  • Maintaining laboratory systems as per the regulatory requirements.
