Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate having good knowledge of Tally & MS Excel.
  • Candidate should be from Logistics/Transportation back round.
  • Verification of Vendors Bill and Freight Bills Audit.
  • Payment Knocking off in Excel & Tally.
  • Vendors Freight bills booking in Tally.
  • Basic knowledge of GST.
  • Proof of Delivery/Lorry Receipt/Consignment Note Reconciliation (Damages/Shortages/Other Remarks) & Resolution.
  • Vendors Reconciliation
  • Vendor co-ordination and query resolve
  • Monthly/Quarterly Provision Booking and set-off provisions.
  • Debit/Credit Note Issue to Vendors


    • Desired Candidate Profile


    Candidate should have experience in Billing

    Worked on Tally and should be good in MS Excel

    Should be from Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Transportation Industry
