Eligibility

  • Tourism Studies - Post Graduate / Graduate / Diploma / similar preferred
  • Experience of 2 to 3 / 4 to 8 / 9 to 12 years in travel sales
  • Ability to direct, supervise and lead a team (for Incharge position)
  • Good selling and conversation skills

Responsibilities

  • Attend to GIT and FIT enquiries on call/email/walk-in/digital media
  • Assist Guests to decide on a holiday package that is most suited to their requirements
  • Achieve monthly sales target – GIT and FIT
  • Assist Guests in booking, visa and billing processes
  • Maintain necessary reports and MIS
