Job Description
  • Calculating employees’ pay based on days worked, deductions, taxes and relevant benefits.
  • Ensure to adhere the timelines of all payroll-related taxes
  • Resolve the employee queries or concerns about their salary, benefits or taxes.
  • Regularly communicate to the employees regarding the awareness of the tax saving & investments.
  • Managing weekly, monthly, quarterly operational and analytical dashboards.
  • Ensure to complete the quarterly audit activities.
  • Improving and streamlining the operational processes.
  • Exploring tools and technologies available in the industry with an aim to
  • implement relevant solutions for automating the processes.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts to ensure that all transactions are accurate and balanced.
