Job Summary
We are a multi-dimensional service organization with interest in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Integrated Facility Management, Contract Manufacturing, Exports & Imports and operating with about 4500 employed professionals across 150 locations in India, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

Currently, we are looking for the right candidate for the role of Executive / Sr. Executive - Recruitment who can join immediately for our e-Commerce business vertical. Your primary Job Responsibility is hiring bikers, Non-bikers, Support Staff for the last mile delivery operation and responsible for employee life cycle management in your assigned geographical location.

Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment of Bikers / Support Staff
- Induction, Onboarding, Joining Formalities
- Grievance Redressal
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Operation Support
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 Years experience in the recruitment of Field Staffs
Education: Under Graduate / Graduate / MBA
Skills: English Proficiency, Mail Communication Skills, Computer Proficiency
Benefits
Salary:
For Freshers: Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- Per Month
For Experienced: Above 15,000/- Per Month (Best Hike for right candidates) with Joining Bonus.
