Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Interact with the merchants for successful integration. Verify the feasibility, analyse the readiness or prerequisites available with merchant for integration with payment gateway. Identify and highlight the missing areas.
  • Create a setup for the merchant in test environment and resolve Payment Gateway related issues UAT and Production both on daily basis. Ensure timely response with the observation to ME.
  • Worked on Payment Application and Troubleshooting integration issues for enterprise applications.

Signs of success:

  • Solve queries of Merchants related to Gateway.
  • Need to handle Payment gateway queries for Merchants from all over India.
  • Responsible for moving merchant into production.
  • Monitoring Merchant Business and solve their technical issue and retain merchants for better E commerce business.

Skills we can’t do without:

  • 2 to 4 yrs experience with technical integration
  • Troubleshooting merchant issues while integrating with Payment Gateway
  • Providing Remote integration support to the merchants for the applications designed in Asp.Net, JSP, PHP and ASP through Net meeting.
  • Update FAQs with steps for newly identified issues
  • Coordination with different departments necessary for solving any issue

Skills we’d like:

  • Basic knowledge of programing languages like .net,Php,java,html.
  • Worked on Payment Application and Troubleshooting integration issues for enterprise applications.
  • Good knowledge of financial software development such as Payment Gateways, transaction processing.
  • Critical insight on designs and ability to review code at a basic level.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English
