Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Export Sales Manager at Yogesh Laminates located in Yamunanagar. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential international sales opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and negotiating contracts with overseas buyers. The Export Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure that the export sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales in the laminate or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding export sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally, if required
