HPE Ezmeral is an enterprise grade solution that accelerates customers’ journey from hybrid to cloud through its unified container platform. Combining 100% open source Kubernetes with unique software innovations and integrated persistent storage technology, customers can now modernize existing enterprise applications without re-architecting. This software provides enterprise-scale Kubernetes-based platform specialized to run Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications and tools.

Seeking talented Engineering Manager to be responsible for the delivery of HPE Ezmeral Platform features. The candidate will be actively driving R&D team to build quality enterprise lifecycle management feature that addresses various operational and security challenges. The candidate will also be active in implementing various quality improvement processes by working across multiple teams and key stakeholders.

Candidate will oversee the planning of team’s resource usage and priorities.

As a people manager, the candidate is responsible to manage and grow a motivated and effective engineering team. Candidate will play a key role to develop individual career growth.


About You:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 2+ years of experience managing, guiding, and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under strict deadlines
  • Experience analyzing quality and product metrics
  • Solid experience with at least one software development methodology
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills and processes quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a technology-related degree program
  • 5+ year’s experience with container-based platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • 5+ years experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other Public Cloud Services
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure system software
  • Experience in delivering multi-tenant, enterprise software, delivered as a service (SaaS) in both on Premise and Cloud Infrastructure
