Job Title: Factory ManagerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Raipur, C.G.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Factory/Supply Chain Manager who possesses strong leadership skills and experience in managing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.The candidate has to be driven, without any give up spirit and can do attitude.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget.Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.Manage and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure all production equipment and machinery are functioning properly and safely.Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with other departments such as sourcing, quality, dispatch, packaging, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.At least 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing / admin, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.If you possess these qualities and are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a large manufacturing operation, we encourage you to apply for this position.Skills: leadership,supply chain,manufacturing,admin,strategic thinking,technical skills,problem-solving skills,communication,continuous improvement,team building
