Role: Factory Manager

Location: Mysore, Karnataka

 A minimum of 15 yrs of experience in a Process / FMCG / Food industries

 Proven experience of handling HODs as Plant manager / Factory Manager for a minimum of 2

yrs experience majorly in a Beverage industry is a must.

 Experience in Production, Engineering , Quality Management system and Operational Target

achievements.

 KPIs, GMP, GHK, Quality / Safety Audits & CAPA

Ensures Production targets, RFT, OEE, wastage targets are met within the accepted rejection

norms for products and packing materials and highlight the same to packing head for

immediately taking corrective action and preventive action.
  • Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance and up-keeping of the facility & equipments.
  • To implement the Quality and food safety management procedures and ensure adherence.
  • To guide and train the team of Executives & managers for continuous improvements &
Kaizen.
  • Facilitates updating of all documents i.e. Standard Operating Procedures and ensure the
operational discipline.
  • Provide working standards required for analysis of packing components by interacting with
customers to have a uniform quality of products packed
  • Carry out quality audits at factory to bring the quality awareness and improvements and close
the gaps with CAPA.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct training programme on GMP / GHK to bring quality awareness and
concept of quality ownership. Ensures that the persons directly involved in the packaging,

testing and distribution of product are appropriately trained to meet current GMP/GHK

requirements.
  • Facilitate validation of new process and equipment. Ensures that appropriate validations are
carried out as defined in the approved validation master plan, completeness of all validations,

protocols and final reports.
  • Evaluates and ensures implementation of corrective action plan drawn due to deviation and out
of specifications results, customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality
  • To check & ensure the facility is maintained and the Administrative controls are adhered.
  • Site Operation with adherence to Budget monitoring & control.
