Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • Handling of upgrade/refurbishments project of FACTS systems.
  • Support Sales for developing FACTS related opportunities from the market
  • Clarification of FACTS system concepts and interfaces with customers and internal departments.
  • Creation of project specific technical specifications, documents, manuals, etc.
  • Responsible for execution of field service jobs for FACTS system through assigned team.
  • Conduct customer trainings and support clients as technical expert.
  • Follow and/or enforce Siemens Environmental Health & Safety policies

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

    • Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering degree. Minimum bachelor’s degree. Electrical Engineering degree is preferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience with a focus in the high voltage substation. Initial experience in the areas of power converter technology (HVDC and FACTS), HV/MV substation protection system, engineering/ commissioning experience in electrical systems
    • Willingness to travel on business trips to deliver the requirements of the customer
    • You will be accumulating experience regarding the entire portfolio of products, solutions and services of our HVDC/FACTS Transmission division and will have exposure to all management levels, which will give many options to develop your career
    • Initiative - Ability to learn - Ability to analyses - Ability to work in a team - Motivation and enthusiasm
