Job Description

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of our brand - SULCA (Natural Honey and Hot Honey) in the assigned area.

Important: Apply only if you have previous FMCG sales experience and well versed in distributor appointments. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned district ofKollam.

- Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for Honey in FMCG and Pharma categories (Supermarkets, Grocery Stores, Pharmacies, etc.).

- Identifying and onboarding distributors for business growth and accomplishment of monthly targets.

- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting for the various SKUs.

- Traveling to potential and existing distributors, retailers and customers within the assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Minimum of 20 to 30 visits per day.

- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with distributors, retailers and customers to close sales.

- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.

- Appointing and training subordinates such as Sales Representatives to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.

Fields Sales Manager Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Experience: FMCG Marketing and Sales: 1 year (Required)

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.

● Proven FMCG sector-specific sales experience is a must.

● Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.

● Outstanding persuasion and sales skills.

● Effective communication skills with mandatory English fluency.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day shift

Pay Range - INR 4,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum. Your total package will depend on various factors such as experience, performance and overall value you bring to the organization.
