Life Care Mediclinic established in the year of 2015, is a group of clinics located in the secondary towns of Malappuram and Calicut districts. We facilitate Primary Health Care services with General and Specialty Doctor’s consultation, Minor OT Procedures, including Observation, Pharmacy and Laboratory amenities.

Life Care is looking for a highly motivated, finance professional who participates as a key member of the management team, and is responsible for generating and implementing strategies to improve service levels and efficiency throughout the company to help our growing horizons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Management of the financial reports - monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Presentation of financial results and insights to the Board.
  • Assures compliance as per corporate policies, regulations and laws.
  • Knowledge in GST returns filing and reconciliation.
  • Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a financial managerial position preferably in Health Care sectors.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accountant or relevant field (MBA preferred).
  • CPA or equivalent preferred (CA/ICWA).
  • Proven strong financial and analytical, written and oral communications and presentation of data skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, well organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task and work well under pressure
