Showroom B2B is a fashion industry platform connecting Tier 2+ clothing retailers directly with small to mid-scale apparel manufacturers. The platform provides solutions for distribution, credit, logistics, and marketing, helping retailers deal with limited assortment of goods, poor availability, opaque pricing, spurious product quality, and high costs of working capital. The company works on a unique "touch & feel" mode of selling and ensures no returns of products sold.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account officer in Kanpur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts receivables/payables, financial statement preparation, analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and collaborating with the finance team to drive process improvements.

Qualifications and Detailed job Role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficiency in using accounting software Tally and tools
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Ability to reconcile AP and AR accounts and prepare audit schedules
  • Ability to issue Eway and Einvoice
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • scruitny of books of Accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • GST filling and its Reco and working Knowledge of TDS
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • M-com MBA or relevant certification is preferred
