Position overview:

We are looking for an APJ digital marketing manager to develop and execute a digital roadmap that maximizes the reach of our products & services and delivers on our growth expectations The incumbent is versed multi-channel approaches, including paid and owned media, and is passionate about driving results. As the APJ Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assessing our digital landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, and executing the strategy and roadmap to drive business performance.

The candidate should be able to work in a highly matrixed environment in a diverse region to craft a digital roadmap, look holistically across all touch points, refine, and optimize. You must be comfortable with flexing as needed as we develop and refine our models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assesses APJ digital landscape and identifies gaps for improved customer experience and conversion through paid search, display, social, and marketing automation programs.
  • Develops multichannel strategy to drive marketing performance and capture incremental revenue
  • Monitors and evaluates digital campaigns for optimization and continued effectiveness
  • Works closely with the regional market development team to develop and execute digital strategies
  • Consults on marketing campaigns from ideation through to their execution and implementation
  • Manages in-market agencies to drive performance and ensure deliverables are on time and in budget
  • Supports digital transformation by helping others understand what drives results
  • Stays current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Must have extensive experience with paid search, social, display, SEO and content marketing
  • Ability to translate strategy into projects and drive project execution
  • Experience working in matrixed structured teams
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
  • Able to build relationships with key individuals necessary for collaboration at all levels
  • B2B and life science experience a plus
