Company Description

Coksa India is a handloom brand based in India that works with artisans from different parts of the country. Our mission is to capture the pure essence of India in every product that we create and present it to the world. We came into existence during the 2021 Covid-19 pandemic when a few weavers approached us for help and together, we started weaving this beautiful thought we now call Coksa India.

Role Description

Coksa India is looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhopal. As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers by addressing their queries, complaints, and concerns. You will also need to collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

1- Managing custom relations.

2-Should be willing to travel for exhibitons & work related.

3-Manage inventory and coordination with website development.

4-Should know Ms excel, Ms word & powerpoint.

5-Well spoken. Fluent english.

6- Needs to have basic knowledge of management & fashion management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a retail, fashion, or textile industry.
  • Good understanding of the handloom industry and Indian art and culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management software
  • Fluency in Hindi and English, written and spoken

-LOCATION: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

-SALARY: 18k- 22k

-EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years
