Role purpose:
To manage and drive Hyderabad sales budgets through designated Csm and Channels. Develop and build Sales GTM for the designated territory to increase SME coverage & penetration through new routes to market.
Drive growth, in terms of Mobility (from both SME and SOHO accounts) , Fixed line ,IOT and Cloud market share, whilst complying with agreed budget , timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms.
Drive Infrastructure Coverage and Channel Hygiene
Strengthen the Team Capability Development.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Strategic
- NPS leadership Nationally No1
- Medium Enterprise Growth as per plan
- Channels Capability development & Certification as per plan
- Distribution planning and implementation in allotted Zones
- Implementation of various channel partner metrics in allotted Zones
- Partner Commissioning
- Partner sales & service processes
- Drive new segment business initiatives as identified from time to time such as Start Up, Analytics,, cloud partner Sell through model, VEPP.
Operational
- Achievement of 80% SIP of their respective team
- Make 100% of CP qualify the VEPP as per the defined norms.
- Responsible for achieving the Revenue targets for their set of Account Managers for all product portfolio available for SOHO and SME.
- Account planning & drive sales of FLD, FLV and data products through the channel partner teams
- Enhancing Retail engagements to ensure smooth interactions in SME and retail.
Development
- Training and coaching of team
HSW Compliance
- Ensure that the HSW norms are adhered to
Key performance indicators:
- Drive segment Revenue from allotted Zones
- Design and implement the Operating plan for segment in allotted circles with a robust governance model for relevant metrics
- New initiative metrics in allotted circles
