As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products. Integrity and passion to perform are the two most important traits that will define your success in this role. Find below Job Responsibility for more information:

• Building a strong relationship with the Banking Partner
• Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
• Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
• Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms

Candidates Requirement:

• Age: 21 - 38 years
• Education: Graduation in any stream
• Experience: Mini. 1 to 2 years’ experience required in sales and marketing of life insurance.
