Position Overview:

As theHead of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including paid media and affiliate marketing. Your expertise will help increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our online courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the performance marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various channels.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and content, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and measurement tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
