Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:Develop and execute a robust Import product strategy aligned with organisations’ business objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to inform product development priorities.

Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new freight forwarding Import products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, manage the product development lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery to market.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for differentiation. Leverage insights to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective product management and pricing strategies. Develop pricing models, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.

Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Gather customer feedback, understand evolving needs, and incorporate insights into product development efforts.

Team Leadership:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the product management team. Set clear goals and expectations, empower team members, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Network Development & Targets-Lead Network Development with quarterly performance evaluations as the foundational assessment mechanism for this newly established role.

Collaboration:Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and execution of Import product strategies. Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
