Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ensure Safety standards, 5s, On time delivery as per company policy are adhered and improved.

2. Increase safety and productivity of operators/workers to enhance the process capability.

3. Provide input to New Product development for optimum process definition for part, other required raw material and estimated process time in best.

4. Periodically review the standard we are following based on the agreement with our internal and external customer, hour rates of all machines and instruments, cost assumptions for product costing with the help of time and motion studies, value stream mapping and other tools , consumption of fuels to run all instruments ,Review consumption data of fuel , chemical and other input, audit tool/consumable wastage.

5. Work closely with colleagues to deliver and exceed the business plan of the company.

6. Incharge of Production planning & problem solving, Assembly. Continuous Monitoring of Process to improve the Quality Monitoring rework, rejection & line through back, Strategy Planning, Cost Reduction.
