Job Purpose:

Enabling the National S&D Team wiith insights through Analytics and reporting of sales data at defined intervals.

Key Result Areas:

  • Data analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large & complex data using various tools and techniques (DB2 –SQL, MS-access) to identify patterns and trends, and to draw insights and conclusions.
  • Problem identification: Identify problems, issues, and challenges that may be hindering the organization's performance, and propose solutions to address them.
  • Requirements gathering: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including business leaders, to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Solution design: Develop solutions and strategies to solve business problems, and create detailed project plans and roadmaps to implement these solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate with various stakeholders, including circle sales/ MIS team, IT team, BI team to ensure that everyone is aligned on various requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Continuous improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and processes, and suggest improvements for ongoing optimization.
  • Business analysts need to have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of business processes and systems. Also need to be proficient in using various data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and MS-access.

Key Competencies/Skillsets desired.

  • Min 2 years experience required in MIS operations / business analytics.
  • Must have experience in advance excel, DB2-SQL, MS-access.
  • Knowledge of how telecom sales operations function.
