Job description

  • Covering Doctors, Hospitals & trade calls in the assigned area
  • Generating sales through effective coverage of targeted Doctors, Pharmacy, Key accounts
  • Carrying out CRM activities as per promo plan
  • Managing customer database & to ensure effective coverage for Target achievement
  • Ensuring prompt and correct reporting through software and providing quality feedback for improvisation of strategy
  • Identifying stockists for uncovered & new areas, if any

Required Candidate profile

  • Marketing experience in Ortho and General Divisions preferred.
  • Very good communication skills, quick learner and a go getter
  • Zeal for performance and growth
  • Graduates with proven sales record from pharma field only
  • Good knowledge of territory
  • Strong connection with Doctors & Chemists in the territory will be preferred
  • Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu
