HR Executive.

Job responsibilities:

  • Preparing Daily and Monthly Attendance Charts for Staff and employees.
  • Preparing Daily and Monthly Attendance Charts for Contractual workers.
  • Preparing Salary Sheets for employee Personnels.
  • Arranging for Contractual work force.
  • Processing Interviews and Hirings.
  • Processing exit Interviews and Full and Finals

Requirements:

  • Should know details about Human Resources and Labour Laws.
  • Should know Excel
  • Should be good at email / letter writing.
  • Should be well verse with ESIC and PF Norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhiwadi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 2 years (Preferred)
