Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs and translating them into robust IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Developing comprehensive infrastructure architecture designs that encompass servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Conducting architectural reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and modernization of existing IT infrastructure.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams during the implementation of infrastructure solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and trends in the IT infrastructure landscape and recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
  • Designing and implementing security measures, such as encryption, access controls, and threat detection systems, to safeguard infrastructure components and data assets.
  • Developing documentation, diagrams, and architectural artifacts to communicate infrastructure designs, principles, and guidelines to stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborating with enterprise architects, system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of infrastructure components and systems.
  • Conducting proof-of-concept evaluations and performance testing to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed infrastructure solutions.
  • Providing technical expertise and support to resolve complex infrastructure-related issues and escalations and participating in problem-solving activities as needed.
