•Travel enthusiasm and can do rigorous traveling to Develop and establish the assigned cities.
•Study the market and generate lead of potential Stores as per defined criteria.
•Candidate will be responsible for meeting the store recruitment goals.
•Candidate will be responsible for account management and training of the on boarded stores.
•Identifying the potential target group and Close the deal with them.
•Coordinating with Store Owners and available to resolve their queries.
•Meeting Store On boarding targets on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
•Give appropriate feedback of market to the management and suggest action plan for feasible execution.
•Always be transparent and execute the instruction given by the management.
•Daily basis share MIS report to management of daily activity.
•Maintain high level of work ethics & culture
