We are aiming to open new branches across india and will open to cater customers all over india.

Responsibilities:

  • Discussing career and educational goals with students.
  • Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals.
  • Displaying an interest in student development.
  • Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.
  • Maintaining updated reports on student progress.
  • Responsible for end to end student admission cycle.
  • Evaluates student recruitment techniques by determining the effectiveness each recruitment technique.
  • Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; conducting follow-up activities such as emails and phone-calling campaigns.
  • Handling of student enquiries effectively.
  • Explaining the candidate about the available courses and its payment plans and resolving their doubts and queries accordingly.
  • Achieving targets set by the Branch Manager.
  • Any other work allotted by the management.

Responsibiltes:

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Oversee the office budget.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
