The Strategy and Technology function lays the path for Nokia’s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas in which Nokia can create new value. By setting the company’s vision and understanding the evolving market and business dynamics around us, the function develops a coherent business strategy, technology and architecture vision across the company, establishes a solid research foundation on which to innovate new products and solutions, and provides the critical support infrastructure that ensures all Nokia business units can deliver that vision properly and securely.

In Nokia ERP Finance, we are looking for a full stack DevOps software engineer for the Corporate Digital Finance DevOps team.

You will be part of a specialist IT team that is responsible for several business critical global Financial Systems which support Nokia’s Corporate Finance, Record to Report, Order to Cash and Source to Pay. All the applications are business critical and many have been developed internally utilizing C# ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft SQL Server.

Objectives of this Role

• Translating business needs, processes, concepts and requirements into IT software solutions covering core finance functions
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
• Cover the full Software Development Life Cycle, including system design & development, testing, documentation, training, support and maintenance.
• Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
• Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• M.Sc/Bachelor in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale software applications with C# ASP.NET MVC, with MS SQL server
• Experience building web applications
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Unit/integration testing experience
• Experience in development in finance, treasury or banking highly desirable.
• Experience of financial technologies and standards like Swift, CLS, MT FIN, ISO20022 and Bloomberg are highly desirable
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Azure
• Good communication skills (also with non-technical people)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Ability to work in remote teams
