Roles and Responsibilities

Business:

Business & Functional Solution Expert - Retail Sales Analytics/BI (C2H)
Owner of End to End BI Landscape for Analytics
Conceptualize and define Simple and Best in breed solutions for Sales Analytics alongwith Sales teams
Works with Core Team Member from Business to gather the business requirements and the expected outcome
Coordinating with Development team (Internal as well as Vendor team) and getting tasks completed on time
Works with and alongside Sales team for UAT, Pilots and Go Lives for achieving business goals
Responsible for facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks
Regular Engagements with Sales team for updates on initiatives
Manage IT demands and deliver as per Prioritization
Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non-compliance

Technical:

Conduct workshops with application owners for understanding the nature of data within each application
Overview of business metadata
Data granularity & frequency requirements in data lake
Work with technology team to understand data sources and identify any data integration & quality gaps
Data change frequency & granularity
Data extraction (full, change data) techniques
Outline high level design for the solution with inputs from business & technology stake holders

Desired Candidate Profile

Overall 5+ Years Experience in BI and Analytics
Experience in IT service management
Experience in vendor management
4-5 years of IT business partnering experience
Experience in integration across various systems and putting robust controls to prevent leakage
Good business process understanding in FMCG/Apparel industry
